The Sculpter...The Painter...The Butcher!

This year at ReaperCon 2011 one of our miniature painters, Ashley (age 13), had the opportunity to meet the sculptor of one of her favorite minis, "The Butcher." Michael Brower (who has sculpted several of the minis we use in our games) happened to notice his masterpiece on our Zombie Daze demo table and was impressed with Ashley's work. We introduced him to Ashley, and the rest is history…

Ashley is one of our newest painters, and at the tender age of 13, she is a very talented painter. She has attended many classes at Reaper this year to further focus her talent. She painted all the miniatures for the demos and pictures for Zombie Daze and, according to her, really enjoyed painting "The Butcher."

Michael Brower is a very talented sculptor and noticed the miniatures painted on the table and was very pleased to see them. "I have never seen this model painted," said Michael, "very nice."

"The Butcher" is one of The Crazies from our Zombie Daze game. "I used to be a regular guy," says The Butcher, "but now I just want to eat me some flesh!"

It was really cool to see people who all had an input sharing their joy of the miniatures and games. What a fun story.
