Ninjitsu! is a card game for 2-5 sneaky ninjas, suitable for players of all ages. A stand-alone sequel to the hit game Scuttle!, this game of devious bluffing and subterfuge will keep the whole family entertained for hours.
In this fast-playing card game, players scheme to be the first to reach 21 points. Each turn either play a card or draw 2 cards; cards can either be played as treasure or as an action. Ninjitsu! introduces hidden treasures: treasure cards that are played face-down. Swipe hidden treasures from your opponents at any time, but watch out for booby-traps!
Mission: You are the head of a noble Ninja House, competing to collect great treasures and hide valuable secrets.
Additional surmation
Roles: Players act as heads of noble ninja houses competing to collect treasures and hide secrets.
Turn Actions: On your turn, you can draw two cards, play an action card, play a face-up treasure card for points, or play any card face-down as a "secret".
Secrets & Bluffing: Cards played face-down are hidden point values. Opponents can attempt to steal your secrets, which introduces a risk/reward element.
Traps & Bonuses:
Some cards have booby-traps (bomb icons) that trigger negative consequences if an opponent steals them.
Other cards have key icons that grant bonus points when kept as secrets.
Series Compatibility: The rules are compatible with other games in the Treasure Hunters line (such as Scuttle!), allowing you to shuffle decks together for mixed rulesets.
