STONEWALL ASSEMBLY & MODELING TIPS

Please read these instructions completely before building. We recommend using a GEL SUPER GLUE for best results when gluing this model as the material in some places is porous, and it is the type of glue that works best.  Dry-fit parts together before gluing to get the best results. You may need a hobby knife as well in some cases.

SHEET #1 - STONEWALL SET

7 X Stonewall sections (4” wide x 1” tall)
2 x Stone half walls (2” x 1”)
2 x Gate sections (1.1/2” x 1”)
10 x Stonewall posts (5/16” x 1.1/8”)

BONUS! - 21 thick card appropriate-sized bases for all of the walls & gates included.

Locate a 4” wall section and 4”
base for it. Run a bead of glue in the center of the bases, end to end, and glue the wall in the exact center of the base as shown above.

Once glued in center, let dry. Repeat for every wall & gate in the Stonewall set with their appropriate base.

Next locate the Stonewall post and glue into the center of each of its base as above.

Repeat with the rest of the posts until all of them are complete as above.

The models were painted with a gray spray paint. We then dry brushed the models and went back and painted some of the individual stones for more detail. To bring it all together,  we then stained the models with black and brown stain. To finish them off we flocked the bases and added tufts. You can find flock & tufts here.

Note: as shown above, when placing them on the table, you may place the walls/gates on the post base so they can connect as you wish.

As you can see, once they are done they look great!

Now ready for the table and game play - Enjoy!
